The Oficina de l’Energia is an information and education hub for citizens, offering personalised advice, workshops and activities related to energy.
It is Valencia’s one-stop shop for energy transition: an open space for information and training on energy, available to all citizens.
We offer a free public advisory service, including personalised consultations, workshops and activities to answer any energy-related questions you may have.
Our commitment
The Oficina de l’Energia was created to be the final link between people and the energy transition. We are committed to answering any queries from citizens to make a just energy transition a reality in the city — both for those who cannot afford to pay their energy bills and for those who want to be pioneers of this transition.
Our goal
Our goal is to reach as many people as possible, starting with those who need it most — helping them save money, energy and emissions to improve their quality of life. We strive to steadily grow our user base while maintaining a high level of satisfaction across all our activities.
Our mission
Our mission, aligned with Valencia’s goal of achieving climate neutrality by 2030, is to make this a reality for every resident of the city and to empower citizens to drive a just energy transition and improve people’s quality of life.
