The main objective of the Impulse Plus project is to create an integrated support system for the public administration in managing the planning of energy-efficient interventions in public buildings in the city of Valencia. Energy performance indicators are established to enable a technical and economic analysis to be carried out, thereby identifying the most optimal roadmap and facilitating the gradual energy-efficient refurbishment of the public building stock.

València Clima y Energía is collaborating with the Valencian Institute of Building to implement the Impulse Plus project, thereby helping to accelerate action plans for sustainable energy. The city of Valencia will act as a model and assist other local authorities in achieving this same energy transition through innovative projects.
